I am always looking for quick and easy slow cooker meals to make for our Sunday after church lunch. I found this shredded beef recipe that is so flavorful and super easy to make. You must try it!!
Shredded Beef Aujus
1 Boneless Beef Chuck Roast 3lbs.
2 Cups Water
2 tsp Beef bouillon
1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Rosemary
Put roast in slow cooker. Combine all other ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred and serve on buns.
(I served it on a garlic bread loaf and we ate it as open faced sandwiches.) YUMMY!!

This does look really good! I wonder if I could make it like a french dip type of sandwich? Mike loves those!!!
The recipe actually says to do that, but none of us are french dip lovers:)
